DeGroote School of Business International Student Admissions
DeGroote School of Business receives a large number of applications from international students all across the world. The requirements for international students may slightly differ from those of domestic applicants.

English Proficiency Test Score for International Students
International applicants must submit one of the following test scores to fulfill English proficiency test score requirements:
Applicants will be able to waive the English language proficiency requirement if they have studied for a minimum of 3 years in a University where the medium of instruction was English. Applicants will need to submit proof or official documentation from the University attended confirming the same.
Canadian Student Visa
For studying in Canada, international students require a study permit or visa issued by Canada Immigration authorities. The student must check the information and apply on the ‘Citizenship and Immigration Canada’ website.
Students must apply for Canadian study visa at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the course. The length of visa processing is different for all countries. The following documents will be required during the process:

The applicants need not have a GMAT score at the time of application but they need to provide the GMAT score for the assessment of the application. It is recommended for the applicants to at least have a test date at the time of application.
If the applicants are selected, they will be given an offer letter by email. The student is required to download the admission decision letter on McMaster's applicant portal. Decisions to programs may be posted four to five weeks after the application's requirements are marked as completed. The applicant is required to accept the offer on OUAC by the deadline listed on the offer of admission letter. The applicant is then needed to complete the online residence application and pay the deposit by the deadline.
Most of the courses at DeGroote School of Business are offered on campus. Applicants are recommended to make applications prior to the deadline. The student will be notified about the further procedures and requirements via the admission letter. If applying for financial aid, applicants need to submit financial aid applications.
