Because of the flexibility of the program, students will be prepared to work in public service, corporate business, community and international development, teaching, marketing, human resources, public relations, finance, and labour relations.
Honours students will have the opportunity to participate in a paid internship of four, eight, 12, or 16 months as well as a practicum course in a social economy organization during their 4^th year.

Students must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) degree.
Students must have to complete the following course such as:
- English (ENG4U)
- Five additional 4U or M courses
- 4U math
To gain admission to this program, your academic average should be in the mid-70s.
