This program of study encompasses staffing, training and development, compensation management, labor relations, unions, managing diversity, and workplace health and safety. The student will learn to develop procedures for analyzing jobs and identifying job applicants best matched with the job requirements, conduct the recruitment process, select the best candidate, train and motivate employees, operate in a workplace with a union and collective agreement, manage compensation and benefits and deal with organizational change.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Indian nationals applying to Sobey are required to submit their Higher Secondary School Certificates with minimum grades of A, B or C.
- Official transcripts
- International applicants have to obtain a study permit from the IRCC.
- English Proficiency Test score to be sent directly from the testing agency to Sobey School of Business.
