Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] [Dental Medicine] From University of Montreal

In addition to the documents required by the Université de Montréal, the following documents must be sent to the Admissions and Recruitment Department:

• A cover letter;
• A resume;
• A certified copy of the diplomas;
• A certified copy of the transcript of all courses of the Doctorate in Dentistry program;
• Three letters of recommendation sent directly by the signatories:
• Two letters from professors where the doctoral degree in dentistry was obtained;
• A letter from the dean of the faculty where the doctoral degree in dentistry was obtained.
• Any other information that the candidate considers relevant.
