Bachelor’s degree in science/ arts/ commerce from any recognized university with 45% marks in aggregate for general and O.B.C candidates, and pass marks for S.C. and S.T. candidates. Admissions are given on merit through entrance test and rules framed by the state Govt., H.N.B. Garhwal Univ. and N.C.T.E.

• University Enrollment Fee - As per University norms
• Examination Fee Rs.6,000/- per sem., Library Fee Rs.500/- per sem., Sports Fee Rs.250/- per sem.
• Dolphin Students Welfare Council (DSWC) Fee Rs.500/- per sem.
• Accidental Insurance Hospitalization Premium for max. Rs.1 Lac IPD @ Rs200/- per annum. 
• Transportation charges at actual rates depending upon distance covered (optional). 
• Processing Fee Rs.5000/- (Non Refundable)
• Registration Fee Rs.10,000/-
• Tuition Fee/Hostel Fee - subject to revision by 7.5% every year. 
• Multiple Entry and Multiple Exit (ME-ME) in Academic Programmes as per NEP-2020 and UGC Guidelines. 
• Security : Rs. 2,500/- (refundable after successful completion of course). 
• Schedule for payment of tuition fee, hostel, mess fee & laundry charges : I-Installment- 7th June, II-Installment7th December
• Project Fee : Rs. 7,000/- for dissertation of post graduate students, to be paid at the beginning of fourth semester. 
• No separate intimation/reminder will be sent for depositing the fee, any delay in depositing fee would carry a late fee fine
