Academy of Technology, Hooghly offers admission to students on the basis of scores obtained in entrance exams.
Admission to B.tech is based on JEE Mains/ WBJEE while, for lateral entry admission to B.tech course, one must have a JELET score. MBA and MCA Admission is done through MAT/ JEMAT and JECA respectively.
Candidates must apply for counselling for the desired course. The college does not conduct its own admissions.

- The College offers scholarships to all poor students whose total family income is less than two lacs.
- One cannot expect much from mess and hostel food, but this was the worst.
- Yes, there is a negative aspect to our library as it is not accessible for 24 hours. It can only be accessed during college hours, so if you wish to study late at the college library, it is not possible.
