Ajay Binay Institute of Technology offers B.Tech degree program under 6 different specialization subjects with 60 seats per branch. Candidates willing to take admission will have to pass 10+2 level examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks aggregate in case of SC /ST candidates).

Selection is based on JEE Main conducted by CBSE or OJEE conducted by the state government of Odisha. Final selection will be done through centralized counseling conducted by the OJEE committee.

Key points:

• JEE Main authorities shall publish two merit lists. All India merit list and the other for Odisha state candidates only.
• 70% of the seats shall be filled up in Govt. of Odisha counseling, taking students from the Odisha merit list.
• Around 30% of the seats shall be open for all India merit list, where students of Odisha and PAN India can compete.
• The native of Odisha, as well as the candidates from other states, are eligible for admission under Lateral Entry. But, separate merit list shall be drawn for such candidates and they will be allowed for admission through centralized counselling conducted by OJEE committee.

At the postgraduate level, Ajay Binay Institute of Technology offers M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering. The annual intake capacity for the course is 18 seats.

For admission, candidates should have a B.E / B.Tech degree from a recognized university. Candidates who have passed or appeared in MCA examination from a recognized university with 60% marks. Selection is based on valid GATE scores and an online test conducted by the institute.

Key points:

• Non-GATE candidates having a minimum of 60% in aggregate or CGPA of 6.5/10 at B.Tech./B.E level can also apply.
• Non-GATE candidates are required to appear at an Online Test, GATE candidates are exempted from this test.

In addition to the M.Tech course, Ajay Binay Institute of Technology also offers MBA and MCA degree programs at the PG level with an intake of 60 seats each.

For admission to the MCA program, candidates need to pass Graduation Degree or equivalent with Mathematics at 10+2 level. Selection of eligible candidates for admission into the MCA course will be through entrance test conducted by the institute. For state quota seats, candidates have to appear for OJEE.

Candidates holding a graduate degree and have appeared in OJEE / CMAT / MAT / CAT / XAT are eligible to take admission in two-year full-time MBA. However, they must obtain at least 50% marks in aggregate at the graduation level.
