BIT Sindri offers great facilities and types of machinery such as a wind tunnel, and other automobiles.

Wind Tunnel is an apparatus where models of submarines, airplanes, and other automobiles are tested to ensure that the prototypes will be working the same way as their respective models. This machine is huge and maybe you would have never seen it in your life.
The honeycomb maze section of the apparatus is likely to blow your mind.
It has been exported from IISC Bangalore, and till now even ISM does not have it.
