About CIEM
Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management (CIEM), established in 2003, is one of the leading Private Engineering colleges in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Institute is affiliated to Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and NAAC. CIEM Kolkata Placement
The Placement Cell (IIP & TTC) of CIEM follows an internationally accepted Training Module with an aim to enhance the employability of the students by conducting specialized programs in Career Planning, Career Mapping, Personality Development, Interpersonal and Communication Skills along with Group Discussions and Mock Interviews. The T&P office organizes career guidance programmes for all the students starting from 2nd year.
Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management is pleased to witness the upward trend in placement since 2007 in terms of number of offers, annual package and number of recruiter’s participation in placement drive. Regardless of various challenges due to Covid-19 pandemic situation during the AY 2020-2021, CIEM students got the opportunities from around 90 companies across various domains.
