Candidates shall apply for TNEA Counselling through the official website of the university. The mode of application process is online. The payment of the application fee could be done in both online and offline modes.

How to Apply?

• Visit the official website of Anna University and register with valid email id, contact number and name.
• Post registration, a login Id and password will be generated.
• Use the Id and password to login to your account.
• Now fill in the application form and make the payment of the application fee.
• Download the form and attach the mandatory documents.
• Send it through the post or submit it in person.

Application Fees:

Online: Pay the application fee through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card.

Offline: Payment of the application fee could be done through Demand Draft favouring “The Secretary (TNEA), Anna University” payable at Chennai.

• SSC Mark Sheet
• HSC Mark Sheet
• HSC Hall Ticket
• Transfer Certificate
• Permanent Community Certificate Card for the reserved category (either electronic form/digitally signed e-certificate or permanent card)
• Domicile Certificate (only in electronic form or digitally signed e-Certificate)
• First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (only in electronic form/digitally signed e-certificate will be accepted)
• Srilankan Tamil Refugee Certificate (if applicable)
• Special Reservation Form
• Copy of Demand Draft
