G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology & Science was established in the year 1997. GNITS is an all-girls institute affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) Hyderabad.
The institute offers B.Tech at the undergraduate level and M.Tech at the postgraduate level. The final admission is granted on the basis of student’s performance in the entrance test followed by counselling.
- Admission in B.Tech is done through AP- Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) conducted by JNTUH.
- For M.Tech admissions, candidates will have to appear for GATE.
- In the case of non-availability of GATE qualified candidates, admission will be given on the basis of score of TS Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET).
- The minimum eligibility for B.Tech course is a 10+2 pass in Science group from a recognized board.
- For M.Tech course, graduation degree in the relevant discipline is required.

GNITS B.Tech Admission 2023
GNITS offers B.Tech program in 5 specializations. Admission is granted on the basis of TS EAMCET score followed by the single window counselling. Preference will be given to students with valid JEE Main score.

Key points regarding admission:
- AP EAMCET registrations start from February 09, to March 21.
- Students can apply online on payment of INR 450 as application fee.
- 70 % of the total seats are allotted based on the merit in AP EAMCET.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management and NRI candidates.
GNITS M.Tech Admission 2023
Admission to the M.Tech program is offered on the basis of TS PGECET conducted by JNTUH. Preference will be given to students with a valid GATE score.
- GATE is a National level exam to be conducted by IITs from February 04, till February 12. TS-PGECET.
- Candidates applying for M.Tech can download the application form from JNTUH website from March 17, till May 01.

Students seeking admission in B.Tech and M.Tech courses can apply by following the given steps:
For B.Tech Program:
- Fill the application form for TS EAMCET by visiting the official website.
- Application fee of INR 450 can be paid online by credit card, debit card or net banking.
For M.Tech Program:
- Fill the application form for TS PGECET by visiting the official website.
- Application fee of INR 800 (INR 400 for SC/ST) can be paid online by credit card, debit card or net banking.
GNITS Reservation Details 2023
JNTUH follows a national reservation policy set up by the MHRD, Government of India as follows:
- A relaxation of 5% is provided in the minimum eligibility criteria to the candidates belonging to the SC and ST category
- A discount of 50% is also offered on the application fee for each course offered by the institute for the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.
- 33.33% seats are reserved for women candidates for all categories.
