Candidates interested in an Engineering career can pursue one of the six specialisations offered under the course of B.Tech. The duration of the course is four years and has an intake of 60 students for each specialisations. For admissions, they have to appear in MH-CET or JEE Main as per category of Candidature.

- Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply.
- Those who have obtained bachelor’s degree in Science and studied Mathematics as a subject in class 12th are equally eligible for admissions.
- The minimum eligibility criteria will be relaxed by 5% for reserved category candidates of Maharashtra State only.
- It is mandatory for candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature and Minority Candidature to appear for MHT-CET 2017.
- All India and Jammu & Kashmir Migrant candidates may not appear for MHT-CET as Score of JEE (Main) will be used for selection.

MS Bidve Engineering College Application Process
Applicants have to fill in the online application form for the entrance test (CET in case of B.Tech) and CAP (at DTE website only). The registration-cum-CAP process is explained below:
- All candidates must register online at https://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/ under the course they are seeking admissions to.
- Those who have not appeared in MH-CET, need to remit an application fee of Rs. 800/- (General Category candidates) and Rs. 600/- (Reserved Category candidates).
- Applicants who have appeared in MH-CET can use the same login credentials for participating in CAP and need not pay any additional fee.
- Those applying for M.Tech will be required to remit Rs. 1000/- (General Category candidates) and Rs. 600/- (Reserved Category candidates).
- The application-cum-registration fee will be paid via Online Payment Gateway using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking or E-Wallets.
- Post-registration, candidates will need to get the documents verified at an authorized Facilitation Center.
- The competent authority will display a merit list and after that, students will be required to exercise option and confirm their course and College.
- They may confirm their seats by reporting in the college and paying the requisite admission fee.
