Malla Reddy Institute of Technology (MRIT) is a constituent college of the prestigious Malla Reddy Group of Institutions. Tech courses is a B.E./ B. Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Selection of candidates is done through PGECET/ GATE and its respective counselling.
Candidates applying for M. Malla Reddy Institute of Technology Application Process
Malla Reddy Institute of Technology fills its government quota seats for its various courses through state level entrance exam and their respective counselling. Candidates are required to visit the respective CET website, i.e., www.apeamcet.nic.in (EAMCET) and www.appgecet.nic.in (PGECET) and fill the application form online.
The entrance tests are conducted usually in the months of April-May, and counselling is conducted late June onwards until mid-August. Those who qualify the entrance tests are further required to register for a web-based counselling session for admission purpose. Seats are allotted at this point as per the candidates’ entrance test merit.
Counselling Process
- Candidates qualifying the entrance test (EAMCET/ PGECET/ GATE/ GPAT) are required to visit the nearest Help-line Center with all copies (original) of all relevant documents for verification.
- After verification of documents, the candidate is handed out a blank Option Form along with a list of college names, courses and their respective Counselling Codes.
- The applicant is required to mention his/ her preferred choice of college and course codes on the priority basis in the Options Form.
- Candidates are also allowed to modify their choices of college and course on a given date, which is duly notified on the respective CET websites.
- No further exercise of the option is permitted beyond this point.
- The final merit list, drawn as per the CET authority’s norms, will be displayed on their official websites.
- Those who make it to the Merit list must download their allotment order and report though Self-reporting system/ at college for payment of admission fees and to book his/her seat.
