Meenakshi College of Engineering Admission 2024: Courses, Fees, Eligibility, Selection

• Candidate must sit in TANCET exam conducted by Anna University. Admission to PG programs is done on the basis of TANCA counselling.
• Applicant must send the required documents at the official address of Anna University after filling up the online form of TANCET exam.
• After the counselling registration, candidates are required to fill in separate application form in the college by giving a prescribed fee. 

For B.E. Programs

Candidates applying for undergraduate level engineering courses offered by Sri Eshwar College of Engineering are required to apply through TNEA counselling. The process of application is as follows:

• Fill the online application form for TNEA on the official website. 
• Payment of TNEA application fee (INR 500 for general candidates and INR 250 for reserved category) can be done online.  
• A copy of the printed application from, accompanied by photocopies of educational documents, must be sent to “Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025,” and should reach the destination no later than June 3, 2018.

The following documents will have to be submitted along with TNEA 2107 application form:

• Original Special Reservation Form with DD
• HSC/Equivalent Mark Sheet
• 10th Mark Sheet
• HSC Hall Ticket
• Transfer Certificate
• Nativity Certificate only in electronic form/digitally signed e-Certificate.
• Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC & DNC, BC & BCM.
• First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)
• Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee Certificate (if applicable)

For M.E. Courses

Candidates have to apply through TANCET counselling. The process of application for TANCET is as follows:

• Candidate have to apply for TANCET 2018 by registering through the TANCET website.
• Both online and offline modes of application is offered by TANCET.
• Candidates applying through any mode of application are required to send a copy of the complete application form and photocopies of all relevant documents to “The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University, Chennai”
• For offline payment of application fees, a demand draft of INR 500 (INR 250 for reserved category) is to be enclosed with the application form.
• Qualifying candidates are called for a university-level counselling based on which seats are allotted.

8. Valid GATE score card for (Engineering/Technology) category
9. Valid GATE score card and TANCET 2018 Hall Ticket for GATE (Engineering Science XE/Life Science XL) category
10. TANCET Hall Ticket, TANCET Mark Sheet
11. Permanent Community Certificate in card or in electronic form for BC / BCM, MBC / DNC & SC / SCA / ST contenders of Tamil Nadu
12. Certificate from District Medical Board for Differently Able candidates (if Applicable)
13. Nativity Certificate only in electronic form/ digitally signed e-Certificate. (if Applicable)
14. Copy of identification certificate obtained from the Head Quarters Tahsidar or Visa, Passport and letter registered in Police Station (For Srilankan Refugee candidates)
15. Experience Certificate (if applicable)
