Podhigai College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), Tirupattur was established in 2009 is administered by Kamaraj Educational Trust with the aim of providing quality technical education to the rural youth.

• Youth Red Cross- The main objective is to inculcate an awareness especially in relation to the care of their own health and that of others

• The library has the collection of more than 12000 book including all the branches
• It subscribes to 100 national and international periodicals
