SIRT Bhopal Admission 2024: Dates, Eligibility, Selection

Sagar Institute of Research and Technology offers B.Tech program of 2-years duration with 8 specializations and total intake for 840.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board and have also qualified JEE Main are considered eligible for admission to B.Tech program.

Those candidates who have qualified JEE Mains are given admission on the basis of JEE Mains merit through DTE Counselling. However, those students who have not qualified/appeared in JEE Mains are admitted to the program on the basis of their merit in 10+2 through DTE, Counselling.

• SIRT also gives direct admission to the eligible candidates through College Level Counselling conducted by SIRT as per the instructions of DTE, MP.

Admission to the M.Tech program is given on the basis of their valid GATE score and marks obtained in Post-Graduation Degree course. Selection of the candidates is done through DTE, Counselling. Whereas, admission to MCA is done through Pre-MCA test conducted by Vyapam. Candidates are admitted to MBA course through MET held by Vyapam or CMAT conducted by AICTE.

Those who hold BE, B.Tech or MCA Degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University are eligible to apply for admission to the M.Tech program. Applicants with Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization and Mathematics in 10+2/ Graduation level are eligible for admission to the M.Tech program. Similarly, applicants with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline are considered eligible to get admission in MBA course.

• It offers M.Tech with 4 specializations and intake of 24 in CSE and ECE.
• Seat intake of Microelectronics and VLSI Design and Thermal Engineering is 18 each.
• MCA & MBA program has seat intake of 60 each.
• All the PG programs are of 2-years duration.

Candidates have to apply for DTE, Counselling conducted through MP Online to get admission in any UG and PG courses offered by SIRT. Visit the website of DTE, MP Online and do the online registration for counselling to participate in it and lock your choices.

• Visit the website of DTE, MP i.e. https://dte.mponline.gov.in/portal/services/onlinecounselling/counshomepage/home.aspx
• Click on “Online Counselling registration” link
• Select your course and click “counselling” link.
• Enter the necessary details and complete the registration.
• Upload the asked documents for verification
• Fill up your choices and lock it.
• On successful allotment of seat visit the reporting center to complete the admission formalities.

Application Fee

Pay the counselling registration fee through DD or Net Banking whichever method is suitable.
