During the placement drive, 166 CTC offers of INR 5 LPA & more were made, 13 CTC offer of INR 8 LPA & more was made, 11 CTC offer of INR 10 LPA & more were made & only CTC offer of INR 19 LPA & more were offered to the participating batch.

As we can see in the graph, The highest CTC offer was made by Goldman sachs. It made the CTC offer of INR 23 LPA. Highest number of Placement Offers were made by Cognizant. It made a total of 213 Placement offers to the students.

Beside these, recruiters like Accenture, Capgemeini, TCS, Birla Soft, L&T Info also made a good number of placement offers.

RCOEM Nagpur Placements 2021 Branch-wise

Highest number of offers were made to the Computer Science Engineering students. A total of 369 offers were made to the CSE students. 217 offers were made to the Electronics Engineering students, 257 offers were made to the Electronics & Communication Engineering students, 153 offers were made to the Information Technology students. 

Students from other branches like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MBA etc were also offered a good number of placement offers during the placement drive.

There was a little downwards performance in the number of offers made during the placement drive in the placement year 2021 when compared to the last year. 1310 offers were made in 2021, 1429 offers were made in 2020, 1238 offers were made in 2019 & 926 offers were made in 2018.

This year, the highest number of companies participated in the placement drive compared to the last 4 years. In Placements 2018 a total of 105 companies visited, in the Placements 2019 more than 100 companies visited, in the Placements 2020 more than 110 companies visited & in the Placements 2021 a total of 122 companies visited the campus.

The highest CTC amount is the highest this year when compared to the last 4 years. The highest CTC of INR 23 LPA was offered in 2021, INR 20 LPA was offered in 2020, INR 18 LPA was offered in 2019 & INR 21 LPA was offered in 2018.

The average CTC of INR 5 LPA was offered in 2020, INR 4.5 LPA was offered in 2019 & INR 4.1 LPA was offered in 2018. There is a gradual increase in the average CTC offered.
