Maximum there 2-3 fests (i.e rhythm nova, zygon 2days) are organised each year and shows and celebrations and freshers parties stuffs many social media stuff like in Instagram silicon tech _bbs LinkedIn accounts.

All types of basic needs for a boarder are provided by the hostel incharge. Meal quality is average and the menu is superb. We can directly register for hostel that's not a big deal. Sambalpur near Aithapali Chowk.

I opted hostel here Hostels are very affordable. Hostel facilities are good and the food provided here is also good here.. Hostel fees is 27000 for a year and meal fee is varying upto 4000 per month. The registration process is very smooth just tell the information cell they manage the room for you. If you want the ranted room you have to go to Sambalpur main city or Burla which is far away from college.

The campus life is awesome at silicon. There will be certain events in every 3 to 4 Months. The name of the annual fest is zygon. It conducted in the month of April for two days. There are many clubs run by the institution and student like dance club, music club, photography club, quiz club.

The annual fest (ZYGON) is conducted in the month of March. Other fests like RythmNova, Nirmaan, SitMun, etc are also conducted. There are two basketball grounds, one cricket, and football ground, two badminton courts, and one volleyball court. Different fields have separate clubs in which individuals can enroll.

There are three hostels and one guest house is there. Of these three hostels one is the girls' hostel other two are the boys' hostel in room there are 3student living in the room. During admission time you can register for the hostel. locality people can go for the rental room or pg.

The campus is quite small and the annual fest is zygon and the tech fest is neurosis and nirman I've taken part in most of the hackathons and events I've been to the library it is pretty good there, and there are many clubs here I am a core member of silicon robotics club which conducts the annual tech fest.

The college has its own hostel building. There are 3 residences. 2 are boys' residences and 1 is a girls' residences. Discipline is maintained in the hostel. Time table is also maintained. All the rooms are 3 sitters. You can choose for ac and non-ac type hostel. The meal system is best in any hostel in Odisha. The taste is not like that of a restaurant but better than any other hostel. The menu changes daily, weekly and monthly. Fooding is a big question for parents when they leave their children alone. But silicon does take care of it. No wifi in the hostel. Booster is installed for a stable network.

Zygon: annual tech fest during December. Books and journals can be issued from the library. Sports events and meets take place on an annual basis. Many clubs cover files like coding, dance, music, cinema, photography, etc.

Silicon institute of technology Bhubaneswar conducts various curriculum activities in other fields also like singing competitions, dancing competitions, cricket competitions, football, volleyball, music competition, ramp shows, drawing, acting hacker Earth competitions. Library facilities are best at silicon institute, the classroom is well-designed and fully digital, and the campus also provides free wifi facilities.
