The candidate seeking admission in M.Tech program must qualify AP-PGECET entrance exam conducted by Andhra University or GATE entrance exam. 70% of seats are filled through entrance examination score, while 30% of the seats are filled through management quota.

For Eligibility criteria, the candidate should have secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying BE/B.Tech/AMIE examinations in the relevant field.
