After applying online on DTE website, a candidate has to take aprintout of the duly filled application form along with all the required original documents and report to any convenient Facilitation Center in person for the further document verification process:
The Facilitation Centre In-charge will verify the information from the original copies of required documents and collect the duly signedapplication.
The Facilitation Centre In-charge will also confirm the candidate’s Application Form through theonline system and issue the Receipt cum Acknowledgement of ApplicationForm.
Provisional Merit List of the eligible candidates will be displayed on the DTE website.
After thedisplay of final Merit List, the competent authority will display the availableCategory-wise Seats (Seat Matrix) for the CAP Round-I.
The candidate has to fill the Online Option Form with preferences of courses and Institutions before the CAP Round. Candidates may fill minimum 1 & maximum 300 choices of Institutes and courses in decreasing order of their preference. The Option Form once confirmed by the candidate through their login will be considered for allotment in CAP Round I, II and III.
The order of preference of options will be as per the serial number of options.
Reporting and confirmation of admission- After final CAP Round, the Candidate shall report to the institution finally allotted to him and confirm his/her admission in the institution.
