SIMSREE MFM Admission: How to Apply?

To apply for SIMSREE MFM Part-time program, students need to follow the below-listed steps:

• Go to the official website of SIMSREE.
• Under the “Admissions” tab, select the Part-Time option.
• Now click on the “Application Form” link and download the form.
• Fill out the form carefully and attest copies of the required documents.
• Also, paste the recent passport-size colour photograph.
• Lastly, send the application form along with the application fees via Cash/ DD/ Pay Order in favour of “DIRECTOR, SIMSREE”, payable at Mumbai to the institute.

Documents Required

Applicants have to send the following documents along with their applications:

• Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate
• Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate
• Graduation Marksheets and Degree Certificate
• Certificate of Work Experience after Graduation
• Birth Certificate
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
• Caste Validity
• Non Creamy Layer Certificate (NT / VJ / DT / OBC / SBC)
• PH Category Certificate (if applicable)

NOTE - Applicants must send the application form and documents to the office on all working days between 11 AM to 6 PM.
