Yeah, it would be at its best if they amended the course with some more practical experiences.
I have been a student of B.Com, which does not have direct placement from the college. However, we do have a group where the examination committee keeps us updated about the latest job opportunities and available internships.
The placement is quite good as some industry-leading companies visited the campus with attractive packages. Kelkar College is considered one of the best colleges in Mumbai city.
Nice scholarship facilities and loans are given by B.B. Sharma, the principal of the college, who is known for having the biggest influence in the college. It is also a great place to relax and enjoy, as loans are easily obtainable.
Sport, drama, and college are excellent for working on every aspect. Additionally, teachers are making their best efforts to provide good opportunities for students.
Kelkar College does not have its own hostel, but there is a canteen owned by Vaze College.
This college has excellent faculty, and the atmosphere here is very good for a teenager.

Dislike

Although they are qualified enough to teach us, they dont even bother whether we fail or pass in the exams.
Just work hard and improve your practical knowledge. No one can stop you from getting a job.
Space is not enough compared to other big colleges; the campus and playground are also small. The campus experience is not good because the playground and most of the campus area are small and combined. Students play football and practice sports in the campus cum playground.

Kelkar college an amazing experience in life!!!

I was already in Kelkar college since 11th standard. So, I got admission to a B.Com course by the college. The admission process is very simple and if any query is there they inform us and help us in filing the admission form. The admission process is fully online and later they may ask for offline admission forms and documents of 10th, and 12th mark sheets and identify proof. It is helpful because they have their own website where they list out the latest notices about admission, courses, exams and results. Also, there are reservations for SC, ST and female students.

The admission process is a bit tiring as we have to stand in queue for a very long time and not on that particular day it is assured that the admission process would be completed but I think there can be an improvement in their work by giving slots to a particular class of people on any assigned day and make most of the process online but apart from the admission process they are competitive on their cut-offs and which is good as the college also provides top-notch education on its behalf the teaching staff is very well versed with it's subject and dedicated the cut off in the college ranges from 85% and above for almost all the courses and the application form for the same is available in the college windows as well as online on their website the college on the other side is filled with various activities like sports indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess outdoor like football cricket and also the college participates frequently in these sports and championships.
