Pearl Academy Mumbai Admission 2024: Dates, Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Selection Process

Pearl Academy of Fashion invites online applications for admission to its various programs. The application process for all the courses is as follows:

Online mode:

1. Visit the official homepage of Pearl Academy Website.
2. Candidates are required to Register Online using a Valid e-mail ID before applying.
3. Application fee of INR 1,100 can be paid using Credit Card/ Debit Card or Demand Draft.
4. The Demand Draft must be in favour of "Creative Arts Education Society" payable at New Delhi.

Guidelines for Applying Online using Credit / Debit Card:

• Click on Apply Online and select Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card.
• Select two choices of Course and Campus.
• Fill only one choice for MA course.
• Duly fill up the Online Application form.
• Click on SAVE button and SUBMIT your application.
• You will be directed to a payment gateway.
• After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, SAVE the filled in Online Application form in the given format and take a print out for future reference.
• An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on the given Email ID containing the following:
• Candidates applying online through Credit / Debit card are not required to send the print out of the application form.

Guidelines for Applying Online using Demand Draft:

• Follow all the above-given step and then enter the Demand Draft details in favour of “Creative Arts Education Society” and click on Submit button.
• Applicants who are applying online through Demand Draft are required to send the print out of the application form along with DD.

To Print or View the Application Form:

• Log on to Pearl website (www.pearlacademy.com)
• Go to Admissions.
• Click on View or Print Online Application form.
• Enter the Online Application Number and Date of Birth to view/print your filled Online Application.

Offline Mode:

1. Candidates who wish to apply offline may visit the campus of the institute and purchase the application form.
2. Application Kit-2021 will be available at Pearl Academy campuses or other Authorized Sales Counters.
3. Admit cards for Written Test & Personal Interviews will be available four days before the Written Test.
4. Download the admit card on a given date.
5. Appear in the selection process (written test, personal interview).
6. Wait for the declaration of result and after the merit list is out, make the payment and confirm your seat.

Application process for International Overseas Candidates

The selection process of the international students will be as under:

• Candidates are needed to submit the Statement of Purpose
• The Portfolio Evaluation will be done by the admission committee.
• Candidate must appear for Personal Interview conducted by the academy.
• International students may be required to submit TOEFL or IELTS results as proof of English language proficiency before joining.
• International applicants are required to apply through Online Application only on the Pearl Academy website.  
• The Written Entrance Examination is waived-off for International Candidates. International candidates are required to appear for an Interview and Portfolio Evaluation only.
• Submission of Application: Please take a printout of the filled Online Application, paste your recent passport size photograph, sign it and send it to the following address before the last date.
• All the international students will require a Student Visa endorsed for ‘Studies at Pearl Academy’ only. No other endorsement is acceptable. The visa should be valid for the prescribed duration of the course.
• Application Form Fee is $ 30 which is non – refundable.
• Applicants are required to transfer $30 by Credit Card / Debit Card/Net banking to Pearl Academy via swift transfer towards application fee. Details of bank accounts for swift transfer are as under

Following Documents need to be submitted before admission committee by the international students:

1. Copy of valid passport
2. 2 recent passport-size photographs
3. All relevant certificates/degrees/mark sheets of the qualifying examination in support of the eligibility conditions as prescribed for Admission. The Equivalence of the degree/ School certificate may be procured by the applicant from the Association of Indian University (AIU) before submission of his/ her application.
4. In case the certificates/degrees/mark sheets of the qualifying examination are in a language other than English, the same should be got translated into English language and produce at the time of registration.
5. Proof of residential address
6. Medical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner
7. Duly signed Undertaking on Academy’s policy/norms.
8. Travel and medical insurance cover
9. Copy of India Visa (before joining the course)
