Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mangalore Admission 2023: Cut Off, Application process

Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology offers BE course of two-year duration with 5 specializations.

Candidates who have completed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum 45% marks (40% for the reserved category) from a recognized Board are considered eligible to join BE course. Those who are seeking admission to BE Lateral Entry program must have completed three-year Diploma with at least 50% marks.

Admission to the course is given through KCET or COMEDK-UGET. The college admits candidates directly to the second year of the course on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.

Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology offers full-time MBA in four specializations and M.Tech course in three specializations of two-year duration each. Candidates who completed Graduation in any discipline with not less than 50% marks are eligible to get admission to MBA course. Students who hold BE or B.Tech Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University are considered eligible to apply for admission to the M.Tech program.

Admission to MBA course is given on the basis of candidate’s merit in Karnataka-PGCET, KMAT or CAT. Selection for admission to M.Tech course is done through Karnataka-PGCET.
