At undergraduate level, Bagula Mukhi College of Technology offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree programs with the annual intake capacity of 420 and 80 seats, respectively. The B.E program is offered with various different specializations for a duration of four-year, whereas the B.Arch program takes five prolonged years to complete its course duration.

For admission to the B.E courses, candidates should have passed the Qualifying Examination (10+2 or Equivalent), with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and must have secured at least 45% aggregate in PCM. At postgraduate level, Bagula Mukhi College of Technology offers Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree program in two specializations. The intake capacity for each of the program is 18 seats. Both the programs are two-year full-time regular degree courses.
