Mata Gujri College offers B.Sc. and B. Com of three-year duration in various specializations. Candidates applying to the B.Sc. and B.Com should have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination with minimum aggregate marks of 50% from any recognized Board/University.

Admission to the B.Sc. and B.Com. Courses (including Honours) is done on the basis of merit in the 10+2 examination. An offline On-Campus counselling is held at the campus later where the shortlisted candidates are called for admission. Apply for UG Courses

Key Points to remember for B.Sc. and B.Com Admission:

• A relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate marks is provided to reserved category candidates.
• Candidates shortlisted for the counselling round will be intimated via mail.
• For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, admission will be done on the basis of an entrance exam.

The college offers three-year Undergraduate courses in BA, BBA, BCA, BJMC and B.Voc in various specializations.

Candidate who have passed 10+2 of any equivalent examination from a recognized board university is eligible for admission.

Admission is done on the basis of merit secured in 10+2 examination. Shortlisted candidates need to attend an offline On-Campus counselling round to confirm their seats. Apply for UG Courses

The college offers two-year duration program in various courses in MA and PG Diploma. 

For admission in M.A., Master of Journalism and PG Diploma, a candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks.

 Admissions are done on the basis of marks secured in Bachelor degree and previous qualifications. A separate merit list for each course is generated. Apply for PG Courses

Shortlisted candidates need to appear for the Offline Counselling cum Interview round held at the campus. Final admission is made on the basis of marks secured in previous degrees and performance in the interview round.

• Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email.
• All the merit lists of the various courses will be released on the site online.
• A candidate can view his interview schedule by logging in to the college website.
• A provision of direct admission into the various courses exists.

The college offers M.Sc., M.Com. , MCA, MBA and M.Phil in various specializations.

Candidates applying to the two-year M.Sc. courses should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with at least 50% marks in the same stream.

For admission in the M.Com. Courses, candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or BBA degree.

For admission to MBA and MCA, candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in their various specializations from a recognized board/university.

Candidates applying for the M.Phil. Course should have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline.

Admissions to all the above mentioned courses are done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by Punjabi University, Patiala.

The schedule for the various entrance examinations will be available on the official website of Punjabi University. Candidates who clear the written examination round will be called for further offline counselling that is to be held at the campus.
