MCASC M.Sc. Assessment and Evaluation:
The assessment for the various courses taught during the M.Sc. degree would be done under two parameters:
- In-Semester Continuous Assessment (50%)
The students shall be evaluated continuously throughout the semester through various methods such as Written Text/Mid Term Test, Journal/Lecture/Library Notes, Seminar presentation, Short Quizzes, Assignments, Open Book Test, Mini Research Project, etc.
- Semester-End Assessment (50%)
The students need to appear for the semester-end examination that shall cover the entire syllabus prescribed for the course.
The student needs to score at least 40% marks in the combined examination of In-Semester assessment and Semester-End assessment with a minimum passing of 30% in both these separately.
