Vimal Jyothi Engineering College MTECH Eligibility Criteria 2021

• The eligibility criteria for all the specialisations differ.
• A Bachelors’ degree is a pre-requisite to apply for any of the specialisation.
• Except for the specialization of Thermal Engineering, GATE scores are considered to get admitted to the specialisation of your choice.

Eligibility required for different Specialisations

• The application process is done online on the college website.
• An applicant is required to apply online and disclose all the relevant information correctly. Information relating to the choice of course, academic record, work experience if any, personal details etc are to be filled.
• An application fees of INR 500 only is to be paid at the time of applying. The application fees can be paid directly at the college and attach receipt of application form or by drawing a DD of INR 500 in favour of Principal, Vimal Jyothi Engineering, Chemperi payable at Chemperi or a transfer of INR 500 to Bank Account can be done. The bank account details are enlisted on the official college website.
• A recommendation letter is to be submitted by the candidates desirous of admission under Community quota seat. The format is available on the official college website.
• The application is then approved by the college authorities.
• Send the application and the relevant documents i.e. 10+2 marksheet, Degree Certificate/ Marksheet, Admit Card of GATE and copy of Aadhar card to The Admission Officer, Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, Chemperi PO, Kannur District, Kerala-670632. Keep checking the official website for any updates about submitting documents.
• The applications are scrutinised and then a List of Students selected is disclosed on the website.
• To take admission in the respective course, a student needs to present for the Admission process with additional documents like Migration Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Caste Certificate if applicable and Passport size photos.
• After filling in the admission form and submitting documents, the course’s fees is to be paid.
