VES College of Arts, Science and Commerce (VESASC) was founded in June 1979. It is situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra and is affiliated to University of Mumbai.
VESASC offers BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. degrees in multiple specializations alongside BMS, BMM and B.Sc. in IT. At the PG level, the college offers MA, M.Sc., and M.Com courses. The college also has Ph.D. at the research level.
- The minimum eligibility for students applying to BA, B.Sc., and B.Com is to have passed 10+2 in arts/science/commerce, Science/Commerce and Science respectively with 45% marks.

VESAC offers 3-year aided courses in B.Com, BA and B.Sc with 120, 240 and 360 seats respectively. It also offers B.Sc, BBS, BBM and B.Com as self-financed courses.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission in BA is 40% marks in 10+2 in any stream. For B.Com, candidates must have passed 10+2 pass in Science or commerce streams whereas for B.Sc. courses, the applicants have to qualify 10+2 in Science stream. Admission to all courses is done on the basis of merit.

Key Points:
- For B.Sc. courses, it is compulsory to have passed Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- Students applying to Lateral Entry B.Sc. Computer Science needs to have passed post-HSC-Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science and allied branches.
- Students having Diploma in Administration Services conducted by Premila Vithaldas Polytechnic, S.N.D.T. Women’s University are eligible to apply for the BMS and B.Com in Banking and Insurance.
- Diploma holders in any engineering branches with 2/3/4 years duration after 10+2 conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or equivalent are eligible for BMS.
- For BMM, 50% seats reserved for Arts students and 25% each for Science and Commerce.
- For BMS, 45% seats are reserved for Commerce stream, 25% each for Science and Arts and 5% for others.
- Self-financed B.Sc in Mathematics in Third Year (TY) is also offered by the college.

VESASC offers M.Sc., M.Com and MA at the PG level for a duration of 2 years. M.Sc. is offered in 3 disciplines with 10 seats each. M.Com is offered in Accountancy and Management with an intake of 60 seats each. M.A. is offered in Psychology and Public Relations.
The basic eligibility to apply for M.Sc and MA is a B.Sc and BA degree in the relevant discipline. For M.Com, candidates must have a B.Com degree. Admission to all the PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by counselling.

Key Points:
- In M.Sc., 7 out of the 10 seats are filled through University Centralized admission process and the other three candidates are selected from the college itself on the basis of merit
