Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College offers two PG courses viz. M.Sc. and M.Com in different fields of specializations. The basic eligibility criterion to take admission in any of these PG course is to have a bachelor’s degree in honours in relevant subjects from WBU/ CU/ any other recognised university/institution.

Selection of the candidates in the PG courses is based on the admission test conducted by the related department of the college. The merit is calculated with 60% marks of the qualifying examination and 40% of the admission test.
