NMIMS Balwant Sheth School of Architecture Admission 2024: Courses, Dates, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

NMIMS Balwant Seth School of Architecture offers B.Arch program at the UG level. The eligibility criterion to take admission in this course is 10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. Selection is done on the basis of the score in NATA.

NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) every year. Students have to secure at least 70 marks out of 200 in order to be eligible for this course.

• The candidates awaiting their result of qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply.
• The candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31^st of the academic year.

NMIMS Balwant Seth School of Architecture offers M.Arch program at the PG level. The candidates planning to take admission in this course must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Economics/ Designing or any other subjects. The candidates are selected on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination.

Key Points for M.Arch:

• Candidates appearing for the final year are not eligible to apply.
• Candidate above 30 years of age are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have cleared their graduation through a part-time course or distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from a recognized university are not eligible to apply.
• Submission of AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their Under-Graduation from overseas board/ Universities.

The institute offers admission to BA Hons Interiors Environment & Design. Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified students can apply for admission to the course.

Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the Aptitude test conducted by the institute followed by group discussion and personal interview.
