Online Mode

Step 2: Download the application form or register online.

Step 3: Fill the application form with all the required details.

Step 4: Upload your recent passport size photograph (size less than 500 KB).

Step 5: Pay the application fee online via Net Transfer/ Credit/ Debit Card.

Offline Mode

Step 1: Fill the downloaded printout of the application form.

Step 2: Attach a passport size photograph and sign it.
