- Library: With over a collection of 5660 volumes in more than 074 titles, the college library is one of the most developing college resources. The library also has a subscription to 88 periodicals of which 57 are international. The library also has 344 CDs. With a sitting capacity of 200 students, the library operates for 12 hours from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Conference/Seminar Halls: With the capacity to accommodate over 4000 students, the Dr.T.P. Ganesan Auditorium is one of the largest auditoriums. The conference hall is fully air-conditioned with the most comfortable sitting arrangement.
- Laboratory: The College is well-equipped with wireless labs well-equipped with the most advanced equipment to learn the dentistry skills.
- Language Lab: Facilitated to offer better hold over the communication skills and imparting the skills of other languages like English, German, Japanese, French, and Chinese, the language labs are perfect.
- Sports Centre: To help the students stay fit and active the hostels and the campus are well-equipped with treadmills, exercise bikes, and various other fitness equipment. The Yoga sessions are also conducted for the students to maintain better health.
- Hostel: There are 14 hostel blocks for men with a capacity of 7500 in total and 7 blocks allotted to women with a capacity of 4000. These are the self-sufficient units with all the basic amenities available. There are twin sharing AC and non AC rooms both available on the campus.
