IIAS School of Management (IIAS SoM) has the flagship brands in Hotel, Hospitality & Business Management education in North Bengal. IIAS School of Management Siliguri is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. IIAS Siliguri has three centres of excellence, namely the All India Management Association (AIMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The institute offers UG courses BBA and B.Sc in the stream of management.

The IIAS School of Management Siliguri placement cell organizes yearly campus placement and workshops to upskill students.
