The faculty at the college are generally described as cooperative, helpful, and supportive, taking responsibility for their courses and assisting students in clearing doubts. They are well-educated and experienced, offering additional knowledge beneficial for competitive exams. The college has 6 subjects with each lecture lasting one hour. Some issues were noted regarding classroom infrastructure, such as inadequate sound systems and limited space, affecting the learning experience.

Despite these challenges, the faculty are acknowledged for their intelligence and competence, though a few are less qualified. The college is the only autonomous institution in Uttarakhand, and efforts are made to introduce necessary assets annually to improve facilities.
