The campus of PHIMSR Raigad is one of Asia's biggest Educational hubs located close to the upcoming Mumbai International Airport and in the heart of the largest industrial belt in Rasayani. It is constructed over an area of 14 acres of land and has lush greenery enhancing its beauty. In addition, Pillai HOC Institute is an initiative of HOCL, a Govt. of India Enterprise. 

The availability of Wi-Fi further allows systems and people to stay connected with each other. Cited below are some of the key amenities the college has built to ensure a research-oriented education for youngsters and transform them into tomorrow's leaders.

Advanced Lecture Halls: The college has developed air-conditioned, modern, and well-equipped lecture halls on its campus. All the classrooms have required necessities including audio-video devices, projectors, whiteboards, and the latest technologies. The end objective is to boost the productivity of both teachers and students by enhancing the teaching-learning process and allowing collaboration among them. Apart from this, there are dedicated rooms specially built for seamless case study discussions and interaction between faculty and students.

Hostels: To provide a home-like environment away from their homes, PHIMSR offers separate accommodation facilities to both girls and boys. These hostels have spacious, clean, and well-ventilated rooms, recreational space, internet facility, and 24*7 water & electricity supply followed by a mess for delicious and healthy foods. Further, students' security and well-being are taken care of by the Warden, and CCTV cameras.

Transport: This facility is there in the institution to provide easy pickup and drop off of students and staff members from nearby areas like Panvel, Pen, Khopoli, and Karjat. PHIMSR has a fleet of vehicles for it and all vehicles are driven by well-trained drivers.

Cafeteria: A full-fledged, big, and aesthetic Canteen also exists on the college premises. Its main aim is to serve delicious, freshly prepared, and a wide variety of food items and snacks to both students and staff members at a reasonable price. In addition to enjoying their food, this space is used by students to rejuvenate themselves and connect with their peers, and seniors.

Sports and Gym: The college firmly understands the fact that a healthy body and stress-free mind are very important for 360° growth of youngsters. Hence it has built big playgrounds, and enough indoor spaces for students to play and enjoy different indoor and outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Chess, Badminton, Table Tennis, Ludo, and other activities. Additionally, there is a Gym with sophisticated equipment and machines for fitness freaks to do workouts regularly.

Library: A wonderful, and technology-enabled Knowledge Center has been built in the college premises. The end goal of PHIMSR is not only to instill reading habits in students but assist people with their research work and skills enhancements by making available soft and hard copies of required learning resources. 

The library has a dedicated reading space and is also home to a vast collection of textbooks and reference books related to core and interconnected disciplines of management followed by 5000 titles of books. In addition, there are national and international journals, newspapers, research papers, magazines, and previous year papers. It is located on 20,000 square feet of area.

Computer Labs: A computer center has been established on the campus to improve the IT skills of students, and help them become digitally proficient by making the best use of learning resources available on the internet. The latest computer systems with the required configurations and software are installed here. Systems are interconnected through a high-speed LAN network. It is used by teachers and students for assignments, projects, making PPTs, and performing curriculum-related tasks.

Auditorium: A cutting-edge Auditorium is there too in the college. It is mainly used during PHIMSR events for instance workshops, training programs, guest lectures, cultural fests, and other departmental activities. All kinds of facilities ranging from modern technologies, comfortable seating arrangements, projectors, smart screens, audio-video devices, and public address systems are available here.
