No. of Students Placed in the year 2020 was 32 out of the batch of 96 till February 2020. More companies are lined up to visit the campus soon with big offers still waiting for the rest of the students.

It can be clearly seen that the institute saw a noticeable drop in the total number of students placed as this year only 33% of students were placed as compared to last year’s placement of 57.5% of the total number of the students.

This year the institute observed a fragmental rise in the package offered to it’s students. The maximum package increased by almost 8.5% as compared to the previous year’s highest package. The average package offered and the minimum package offered also witnessed a partial increment as compared to the previous year’s.

Internships, as a part of the curriculum, are provided by the institute each year to ensure that students get enough practical exposure of actual industrial working before they step out in the actual field upon completion of their graduation. TIMSCDR Mumbai Placement Procedure

With Mr. Brijesh Pandey being the Training and Placement Officer, TIMSCDR has a proactive placement and training cell which attracts prominent IT companies of the corporate world. To maximize the no. of students getting placed, the placement cell adopts a strategically designed placement process. The process consists of the following steps :

• Pre Placement Talk
• Aptitude Test
• Technical Test
• Personal Interview

Once the selection process is over, recruiters intimate selected students through the Institute's placement cell and provide necessary information and guidelines for induction and placement.

TIMSCDR students pursuing MCA are eligible for placement under two categories :

• Project training: MCA students, in the final semester i.e. in the 6th semester, have to do a project as a part of the curriculum which starts from January and ends in May. They can work as full-time employees during this period.
• Final Placement: The placement process begins in the 6th semester i.e. in the final year of MCA. The students placed under this category join the organization after completion of MCA in July.
