B. Tech and M. Tech candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in their respective UPSEE.
Candidates who meet the minimum cut-off percentile (25% usually) in UPSEE are selected for counselling.

PSIT College of Engineering B.Tech Admission 2023

PSIT College of Engineering offers AICTE approved B. Tech programs in 6 disciplines. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to any of these courses is 10+2 or equivalent exam with 45% marks qualification in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects.

Selection of candidates is done through UPSEE counselling. A final merit list of the selected candidates is declared after counselling after which students can seek admission in their allotted departments.

Key points:

Engineering Diploma holders or B.Sc. Graduates with Mathematics can seek admission through Lateral Entry into B. Tech. third semester.
The minimum qualifying percentile of marks in 10+2 for reserved category candidates is 40%.
The cut-off percentage of marks in UPSEE for the merit of successful candidates is 25% (20% for SC/ST) as per UP State Govt. order.

PSIT College of Engineering M.Tech Admission 2023

PSIT Kanpur offers M. Tech programs in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a B.Tech in the relevant or allied discipline.

Selection is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in UPSEE exams for the respective courses.
