XLRI Delhi has concluded its placement drive for the batch 2022 with all the 427 students securing offers achieving 100% placements for the two year Post Graduate diploma in Management (PGDM) and HR and PGDM in Business Management. Around 99 recruiters participated in the placement drive including 23 first time recruiters with the average CTC of top 10 students stood at INR 45.3 LPA.

During the XLRI Delhi Summer internship placements of 2023, 34% batch was placed in the Consulting sector and the top 20% students received the stipend of INR 3 Lakhs for two months whereas the average stipend stood at INR 2.24 Lakhs for two months.
