Admissions to the Diploma Courses are provided on the basis of marks/rank obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh.
The seats/ Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. The counseling procedure is purely based on the merit/rank obtained by the student, it is then followed by choices filled by them and reservation criteria if applicable. The procedure to be followed by the candidates through online mode of counseling is given below: -
- The online counseling procedure will be conducted in 3 rounds of seat allotment.
- Candidates have to complete the registration with the help of the UPSEE roll number and password which is allotted to them.
- Candidates have to pay INR 250 as a counseling fee. They are provided various methods to pay the counseling fees such as Net-Banking, 3-Challan, etc.
- After the successful submission of the fee, the candidate needs to fill the choices of college and courses.
- The colleges with their courses will start appearing as per the candidate’s category through which they can select and lock their choice preference of course.
- The candidate can fill as many choices as they want since there is no limit to the filling of choices.
- Candidates can download their seat allotment result by entering the roll number and date of birth once the result is out.
- If the candidate is allotted the college of their choice, they are required to pay an amount of 3000 INR as seat acceptance fees on given dates.
- Candidates have to report to the reporting centers for the document verification procedure.
- After document verification candidates can go for admission in the institution allotted to them.

- Hostel: - The college provides the students with a hostel facility for both the girls and boys. The hostel facility is divided into 5 blocks i.e., A, B, C, D, E, etc. In 2011 the college was selected under the Scheme of Construction of Women’s Hostels and a total of 70 lakhs was sanctioned in two installments of 20 lakhs and 50 lakhs for the construction of Girls Hostel.
