AISSMS College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology was established in 1997 by All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society, to impart education and technical knowledge to the aspiring hospitality professionals. It is an autonomous college affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college offers undergraduate courses in the discipline of Hotel Management. The cell provides job opportunities to the students both at international and domestic levels. Every year Campus interviews are conducted from September to April. All students who opt for placement get at least one offer at the end of placement drive.

- Bakery: The students are given practical training in bakery and confectionery. They learn the finer nuances of cake decorations, confectionery and bakery products.
- Basic Training Kitchen: This kitchen imparts basic practical knowledge to the first year students who are relatively fresh to the course. The kitchen is designed in such a manner that each student gets the opportunity of hands-on training for the menu under the guidance of the dedicated faculty.

Ans. Yes, international candidates can apply for the courses offered at AISSMS CHMCT. These students will have to route the admission through the University of Pune. The admission process at the University level starts in the month of March every year.
Ans. Yes, AISSMS CHMCT does provide scholarships for the students. The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Economically Backward Class who are admitted to the 4 year degree course through Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The benefits are 50% of Tuition Fees and 50% of Exam Fee.
