Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Bachelor of Laws [L.L.B.] {Hons.} From NEF Law College, Guwahati

Applicants seeking admission to this course should meet the following requirements as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

A candidate for admission to the Five Year Integrated BBA.L.L.B. (Hons) course must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates, not less than 42% for OBC category and 40% for SC/ ST candidates as per latest Bar Council of India Rules.

Entrance Exam:

Admission to the courses will be based on NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET).

Age Limit:

Aged not more than 20 years for general category applicants & 22 years for SC/ST candidates.

NOTE:

• Admission to the First Semester B.A., LL.B. (Hons) shall be on the basis of an Entrance Examination conducted by the College.
• Admission will be purely on merit basis.
• Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 are also eligible to appear in the entrance examination, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
