Candidates applying for B.Pharm should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Pune or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics as the subjects with a minimum of 50% marks for open category and 45% marks for reserved category.
The college also offers direct admission to the second year of B.Pharm degree for which candidate must pass Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates will be admitted for the undergraduate course based on the marks obtained in Maharashtra Technology Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) and for admission through DTE Allotment is as per DTE rules.

Candidates applying for M.Pharm must be a citizen of India and should have passed B.Pharm degree of Savitribai Phule Pune University or any other statutory university, recognized as equivalent there by this university, with at least 50% marks for Open category and 45% for the reserved category.
In order to get admission to M.Pharm program, the candidate needs to qualify Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) entrance examination. For M.Pharm course, candidates who have not appeared for the GPAT entrance test can also be admitted at college. Application forms for GPAT are available online and the test is usually conducted in the month of January.
