Poona College of Pharmacy Admission 2024: Dates, Courses, Eligibility, Selection & Application Process

Poona College of Pharmacy offers B.Pharm program of 4 years duration to the aspirants.

Applicants with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) in HSC/ 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.

They must have passed in each of these subjects to be eligible to get admission in B.Pharm course. Selection of the eligible candidate is done on the basis of their score obtained in CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.

Eligibility Table

• Indian nationals who are seeking admission to B.Pharm course and have completed Diploma in Pharmacy with not less than 50% marks are considered eligible.
• Candidates will apply online for CET through BVDU’s website.

Candidates may join the M.Pharm course of 2 years duration with 7 specializations offered by Poona College of Pharmacy.

Those who have completed B.Pharm course with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC category) from a recognized University with valid GATE score are considered eligible to get admission to the M.Pharm program.

Admission to the program is given on the basis of score obtained in GATE or those who have not appeared in GATE will appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by the Institute.

Eligibility Table

• Students who have appeared in the supplementary examination are not eligible for admission.
• Students who have passed SSC examination and Government Commercial Diploma examination of Government of Maharashtra are not considered eligible for admission.
