WBJEE 2023 is scheduled for April 30, 2023 in offline (OMR) mode. Allocation of WBJEE exam centres 2023 will be based on the choices given during the application form fill up. Depending on whether the candidate belongs to - (1) West Bengal, Assam and Tripura, or (2) other states – the candidate will have to pick any three zones from the available options. How to Select WBJEE Exam Centres 2023?
Depending on which state the candidate belongs to, the zones available for the candidate will be different, as discussed below:
- West Bengal, Assam and Tripura: Candidates belonging to these states are free to choose any three zones. Ensure that the zones are entered in the order of preference.
- Other States: Candidates belonging to this group have to select, in the order of preference, any three zones from the following options –
- Kolkata
- Howrah
- North 24 Parganas
- South 24 Parganas

Do's and Don'ts at WBJEE Exam Centres 2023
The duration of WBJEE 2023 will be of 2 hours. Candidates are expected to follow the guidelines and instructions mentioned below to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam at WBJEE Exam Centres 2023.
Do’s
- Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the schedule of the exam.
- They should carry a valid identity proof along with WBJEE 2023 Admit Card to the exam centre. Some of the valid ID proofs are a Voter ID card, Driving License, and Pan Card.
- Candidates should go through the instructions and guidelines very carefully before writing the exam.
- All the candidates who are appearing for WBJEE 2023 exam should sign the attendance sheet in the presence of an exam invigilator.
- Every candidate should take the allotted seat in the examination hall.
- The authorities will not provide any stationery items. Applicants should bring their pen or pencil as required.
Don’ts
- Electronic devices such as cellphones, electronic calculators, pagers, etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.
- Aspirants should not carry any bits of papers or documents to the WBJEE 2023 Test Centre except the WBJEE 2023 Admit Card
- Candidates will not be permitted to go outside the exam hall during the conduct of the WBJEE exam.
- Any violation of the rules or any unfair means used during the examination can lead to disqualification of the candidature.
