They learn to find out how people behave when making purchase decisions and what motivates them to develop long-term brand loyalty. But also in human resources, it is becoming increasingly important to penetrate the human psyche and to activate an internal motivation.
- Psychological aspects play a major role in both marketing and human resources. Marketing is about understanding customers and their needs and then optimizing their own products, services, and advertising campaigns. In human resources, work and organizational psychology are concerned with how to motivate, further develop and best employ employees in the company.
