There are no tuition fees but students have to pay 110 euros per semester to cover student services and a semester bus pass.
The master's program in Computer Science is a research-oriented course. On the basis of a broad and in-depth specialist knowledge in selected sub-areas, the analytical, creative and constructive skills for new and further development of systems made of software and hardware are conveyed and promoted. In addition, the skills of students for basic or application-oriented research in the field of computer science are created or strengthened.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A degree with an examination grade of “good” (2.5) or better in the bachelor's programme Computer Science at the University of Bayreuth or in the bachelor's programme Applied Computer Science at the University of Bayreuth or an equivalent degree.
- The German language is required.
