The Biomolecular Engineering programme conveys theoretical knowledge about chemical and biological processes at the molecular level and creates a technological platform for a targeted structuring of biologically active molecules and production/synthesis processes. This allows students to gain insight into how biological macro-molecules function and into how innovative products and processes are developed, leading from custom-made enzymes to biomolecular-based analytical methods and drugs.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Followings are the requirements for this program:
- Test German as a foreign language for foreign applicants (TestDaF) with a final result of TDN 16; only one TDN 3 may be compensated for by one TDN 5.
- German Language Diploma of the Conference of Ministers of Education - Second Level (DSD-II)
- Goethe Certificate C2: Great German Language Diploma.
