Molecules in our cells are genetically encoded nanomachines with amazing functionalities, and they work together in fascinating ways to provide the capabilities that make all life on earth possible.
On the one hand, it is essential that we describe, harness, and engineer cellular machines, and on the other hand, we need to understand the dynamics and activities that emerge when many such machines are put together to function in cells and tissues.
This goal can best be reached by providing interdisciplinary training and introducing students with a thorough education in physics or related quantitative subjects to the fascinating fields of molecular biology, quantitative cell and developmental biology, polymer science, biophysics, and biophysical theory, bionanotechnology, and the amazing world of single-molecule approaches.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must have

a university degree in a natural or engineering science (usually physics, biophysics or nanotechnology) or a comparable field,
sound knowledge of higher mathematics
sound knowledge of the fundamentals of classical physics with mechanics, electrodynamics, optics, thermodynamics, and quantum theory
Basic knowledge of chemistry and biology
English language skills at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. (preferably IELTS: 6.5 or TOEFL: 92 points internet-based test). Applicants whose mother tongue is English are exempt from this obligation to provide evidence.

?Indian students eligibility:

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline.

Applicants must have qualified for any one of the language tests IELTS/TOEFL to prove English language proficiency.

Are there any english taught bachelors degrees available

Technical University of Dresden does not offer English taught programs at the bachelor’s level. The university offers 22 English taught programs only at the master’s level.

Can I get admission for MSc psychotherapy if I do not have psychology in bachleors

No, you cannot apply for the Master of Science (M.Sc) program in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy without completing a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related program. You need a recognized university degree that qualifies for a profession of at least six semesters in psychology or a degree from a public or state-approved university of cooperative education in Psychology.
