The Economics master’s program (MSc) is run by Leipzig University’s Faculty of Economics and Management Science, where students can also study the subject at the postgraduate and doctoral level.
It is designed to last four semesters. Students are required to complete compulsory, compulsory elective, and elective modules as well as a master’s thesis. A semester abroad is possible. The master’s program has both research-oriented and practical focus.

A first academic degree with a focus on business and economics;
knowledge of English at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
